I’ve previously covered WHATEVER, DAD here, so I don’t have much to add for brevity’s sake.
Wean is a beautiful track, driven by Elaiza’s delicate voice and intelligent lyrics. It’s an exercise in simplicity and minimalism, a track that merits solely on its songwriting rather than decorative instruments or production. It’s just Elaiza in her bedroom with a guitar, and it doesn’t need to be anything else.
