James Kopf

James Kopf is an amateur poet, PhD student in German Literature & Culture at Penn State, music enthusiast, and occultist. He just got a kitten, and he enjoys imported pomade and Thomas Pynchon. Currently, he is compiling a collection of his poetry titled Support Our Black Magick Redneck Overlords and writing a paper on the phenomenology of minimalist music. Some of his favorite bands/musicians are Om, Earth, La Monte Young, the Melvins, Flatt & Scruggs, Busdriver, Ash Ra Tempel, Sun Ra, Charlemagne Palestine, and Devo.
